The 1354-0100 from Adams Rite has a nominal 1500kg shear holding force with an adjustable locking time of 1 - 30 seconds. It is a versatile choice as it is suitable for mortice fixing and is non-handed so can be used on either right or left hand hung doors. It is monitored and fail unlocked.
