- loss of anticipated savings
- reputational damage
- labour costs
- installation costs
- removal costs
- reinstallation costs
- contractor costs
- third-party claims
Maximum Liability
The total liability of Door Access Supplies Ltd in relation to any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the goods supplied.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are:
- correctly specified
- suitable for the intended application
- installed by competent persons
- maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
Statutory Rights
Nothing within this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
