Returns Policy – Door Access Supplies Ltd

1. Returns Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Door Access Supplies Ltd must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

Returns may only be accepted where:

  • Packaging is intact
  • Products remain in resaleable condition

3. Return Authorisation

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items.

  • Retain all packaging where possible

  • Replace the item
  • Issue a refund or credit

at its discretion.


7. Incorrectly Ordered Items

Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability and compatibility prior to purchase.

Door Access Supplies Ltd accepts no liability for incorrectly ordered products.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection of returned goods.


9. Trade Customers

Returns from trade account customers may be subject to additional supplier approval conditions.
