The DR-01/BK is a 24V DC electromagnetic fire door hold-open magnet in a black hooded ABS enclosure. It retains a compatible self-closing fire door during normal operation and releases when power is removed by the fire alarm/control system.

The unit provides a 250N holding force together with manual release and anti-residual magnetism for dependable release when de-energised.
