Single Maglock with MDS 1200lb 12/24V DC | ML1200-MDS

The ML1200-MDS combines a 1200lb electromagnetic lock with both lock-status and door-status monitoring. It is designed for higher-security access-control installations where the system needs to confirm that the magnet is secure and independently verify whether the door is physically open or closed.

Compared with a standard maglock, the MDS version gives the access control system two useful pieces of information: whether the lock is securely engaged and whether the door itself is open or closed. This makes it easier to identify a door that has been left open, forced or failed to secure, and is particularly useful for alarm integration and higher-security sites.
