Access Control Kit with Fire-Tested Maglock | ACKIT-FIRE

The ACKIT-FIRE is a magnetic-locking installation package built around the fire-tested ML600. It supplies the power, lock, mounting hardware, normal exit control and an illuminated emergency door release for a single access-controlled door.

The term fire-tested maglock refers to the ML600 and its tested hardware; the completed access-control installation still needs to be designed to suit the door, fire strategy and means of escape.

What is included?

• 1 x 1201SM-1 boxed 1A access-control power supply
• 1 x ML600 600lb fire-tested slimline magnetic lock
• 1 x BK600ZL Z&L bracket
• 1 x AH600 surface armature housing
• 1 x EBGBWOC02/PTE green-dome press-to-exit button
• 1 x EDR-2N illuminated double-pole emergency door release

Installation flexibility

Both a Z&L bracket and surface armature housing are supplied, giving the installer useful mounting options around the ML600. Check the exact door opening direction and frame arrangement before deciding which hardware is required.
