1. Subscription Service
The Van Stock Subscription service provides recurring replenishment of access control, automatic door and associated hardware products pre bundled or selected by the customer.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless paused or cancelled through the customer account portal before the next billing date.
Door Access Supplies reserves the right to amend product availability, pack quantities and subscription options at any time.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
Van Stock subscriptions are subject to minimum order requirements.
- Minimum monthly replenishment value: £100 + VAT
- Certain products may only be purchased in fixed pack quantities or minimum order multiples.
- Free delivery thresholds may apply to qualifying orders only.
Orders below the minimum value may be rejected, amended or held pending customer approval.
3. Product Selection & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring selected products are suitable for their installation requirements.
Door Access Supplies does not accept liability for:
- incorrect product selection
- incompatibility with existing systems
- installer error
- configuration or programming issues unless expressly agreed in writing
Technical support provided before or after purchase does not constitute system design responsibility.

4. Subscription Changes
Customers may:
- swap products
- adjust quantities
- skip shipments
- pause subscriptions
through the customer portal before the next billing cycle.
Once an order has entered processing or supplier fulfilment, amendments may no longer be possible.
Door Access Supplies Ltd reserve the right to increase or decrease individual item prices which may affect live and monthly subscription costs
5. Delivery & Supplier Fulfilment
Certain products may be shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors or third-party suppliers.
Orders may:
- arrive in separate deliveries
- use different couriers
- contain split consignments

6. Returns Policy
Due to the specialist trade nature of access control and automatic door products, returns are accepted only under the conditions below.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided:
- goods are unused
- packaging is unopened and undamaged
- products are in fully resalable condition
- return authorisation has been approved in writing
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Original carriage charges are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- special-order products
- non-stock items
- programmed devices
- cut cable
- customised products
- built-to-order kits
- opened electrical safety products
- software licences
- products missing original packaging
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Damaged, missing or faulty goods must be reported within:
- 2 days for delivery damage or shortages
- 7 days for suspected dead-on-arrival products
Warranty claims after installation may be subject to manufacturer inspection and testing.
Products found not to be faulty may be returned to the customer.

9. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next renewal date.
Orders already processed, packed or dispatched before cancellation remain chargeable.
Door Access Supplies reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions where:
- payment failures occur
- abusive ordering or returns behaviour is identified
- misuse of trade pricing or subscription benefits occurs
10. Trade Customers
The Van Stock Subscription service is intended primarily for trade and business customers.
Free Delivery is available to trade account customers.
Trade account 10% promotional offer is not in conjunction with Van stock subscription discount.
Business-to-business transactions are governed by these terms and not by consumer distance selling regulations.
